Perhaps my ideal (or maybe worst) characteristic is that I'm eternally disappointed with my very own understanding.
This could be why I've shown a particular talent for maths and physics. Merely understanding is never sufficient for me; I must minimum try to carefully comprehend the thinking behind the mathematics I do, and after that, take my knowledge to its limitations. Asking excessively why something is the way it is, probably to the inconvenience of my lecturers, is something I'm forced to do. I, as well as lots of others, consider this Socratic method of knowing as well as mentor to be extremely valuable in constructing a fundamental understanding of maths and physics from basic concepts, as well as I endeavour to educate in specifically this manner.
I wish I can encourage students with my intense love of maths and physics or, at least, expose the topics as far much less complicated than they appear. Normally not everyone is a mathematician, and also different minds discover at various speeds, however I will aim to leave a lasting and valuable perception.
